Should have good jobs everywhere...if you have modeling skills and hydrologic science background. If you are in Mid-west, jobs are in need for water resource management. Check out in Colorado, Nebraska, and Kansas area. Ph.D. in hydrologic science holds promises in near future too man. If you are already done with qualifying exam and proposal defence; i suggest you to stick around with Ph.D. for it holds pretty good American and International job platform in near future.
