*** IMPORTANT COMMENT **** this LINK shows a PLOT of the actual storm tide in NYC harbor.. at the southern top of Manhattan island in NYC.
the BLUE LINE.... shows the forecast as of 8PM... thw RED line is REALITY....
as you can see ALREADY the tide is MUCH higher than forecasted . This is sooooo bad for NYC ....
