Agreed to Biswash, $10-15/hr .....flip burgers.....I know employers don't have to pay interns but this is low...what else do you have to offer?...Also i don't think you will be able to hire H1's with such a low rate......let us know if your company is fortune 500..maybe you can attract few CPT, OPT in the name of experience. Even reporting rate is peanuts for the area you mentioned.
