Are Nepalese victim of Grand Conspiracy?

Hakim Saab,

1) Indian government had arrested some of the Maoists whereas most of the Maoists were never arrested. Do you remember Baidya, Goits arrests? Do you remember the public meeting that Madhav Nepal had held with Prachanda and Baburam Bhattarai in Lucknow? Lucknow meeting was a matter of public knowledge.

2) The conspiracy theory that you mention that King Gyanendra was somehow linked with Maoists has been proven wrong. There were several websites until 2003 that claimed that it was Royal Maoism. You can check archives.org.

3) While some of the arms may have been bought in Indian black market, is it really convincing argument that all of the arms could have been bought in this black market? Where did this money come from? Even if you add all the robbing incidents by Maoists in Nepal, it would not suffice to buy the arms, let alone the expense of accomodation for several years.

4) How were the Maoists easily able to cross the border with arms?

5) Although India was in no way obligated to arrest and extradite Maoists to Nepal, was it also okay to shelter them even though they were listed as terrorists by United States?  Isn't that helping a terrorist group? Doesn't that make India a state sponsorship of terrorism?
