Actually, this is a hard question for me to answer completely, too. I used to think that you only had one soulmate in life--that God brought one person like that to you to spend the rest of your life with. Now I think that you can have more than one soulmate--or that, perhaps, the previous one(s) weren't really your true soulmate. I see a soulmate as someone who understands you so well--sometimes to the depths of your soul (thus, "soulmate"). Someone whom you just "click" with and, after a certain point, knows what you're going to say and how you're thinking even before you express it. You have a similar vision for your lives--together and individually. It's like you've found that person to walk alongside with you for the rest of your life. I believe that if you've found your soulmate, you will know--and you are truly blessed. No one can match us perfectly. That's what relationships are for: to work out the differences and grow to love and appreciate the person as a whole--good and bad.
