I dont think this type of behavior is included in the culturals activities of any jatiye group  in Nepal. No one is forcing them to do this type of activites. Looks like they are happily performing the act.It is their business.
But shouldnt they be involved in cultural/daily activites of their group during leasure time, instead of this type of activities? Will this type of activities enhance their cultural recognition?
I am not asking this. It is the seniors leader of different groups who are very much concerend about losing their cultural, ethnical  recognition, heritage etc. Will this type of activity will improve their "pahichan".

This is new Nepal. Except  for illigal activities, whatever activities pleases them they are free to do. It does not bother me.
I am surpired by the double standard of ethnical leaders who on one hand  want states named after their ethnicity as a recognition of their group on the other hand they are quiet when  kids belonging to their group are doing somthing  which is not the part of their cultural recognition, in fact it is opposite of their cultural behavior.

Those guys and gals most probably are  between age 20-25. This is the time they are supposed to be spending studying hard.
In Nepal SLC in 16 yrs, plus two in 18 yrs, bachleor in 22 years.
We do not need reservation to employe  ppl who have camera,/telephone access to internet and  can post their kiss compettetion in you tube for fun of larger audience.
We need reservation for people who, even after hard work/study are not able to get govt job because of language or similar  problem thats all.
And, if the leaders are so concerned about their Jatiye "pahichan" they have to come forward and either say this type of activities is in their ethenicity or try to stop kids from involving in this type of acivities.

In Democracy you do not have rights only, you have responsibilities too.
