Now, samsung or their affiliated partners are definitely going to stop supply for Apple, in my opinion.
Apple could, with such amount of asset in hand, build another plant somewhere in Taiwan or Korea.
We're fcked up big time,if that happens. Samsung now officially pulverized, is seeking for rescue and
that could very much mean price jack up as facebook bro suggested. With Apple's victory over Samsung
for infringement of it's crapload of patents means the beginning of monopoly. $1 billion win in the pocket
potentially is going to give birth to significant Apple dislikers. But definitely if you ask me personally,
the greatest hindrance is apple for all the innovations out there. This victory literally killed the right of
all of us, consumer's right of selection/choice. All the innovations they flaunt are actually borrowed
over by this and that company. Touch screen was there way before Apple marketed as their first
innovation and well mp3 players was their though they touted their ipod were first of it's kind. And
tablet was there back in 2002 in the hand of Microsoft. All these technologies have been
long ago envisioned and pioneered by someone else but flaunting and taking credit for what not theirs
but mere acquisition and some good marketing and lil hauling is plain stupid. But who will listen?
No one, and I've been keeping eye on these technologies since the first day I got my hand on MS-DOS 6.11.
At one point I saw the demise of Apple, Inc, as a whole but then one stupid move that seem to be proven now for
Microsoft who bought their shares in the hope they could sell their office mac product for few more years and
increase their revenue, it still reverberates how happy Jobs was and how kind his words towards Microsoft.
After that one 'Microsoft to the rescue' move, Apple grew tenfold and never stopped.
If you need a perfect example for 'gun maruwa' , look no further it's Apple. In recent years, it's attitude
towards every other tech companies or startups for innovation is like shoot at sight or kill before it grows.
Probably, the greatest hindrance for innovation in real sense that we are facing right now could be Apple, Inc.
It doesn't create innovation, it kills the startups , buys them and taunts it as their innovation and sell it at criminally
overpriced rate. The only they're good at is the marketing and they're best at it, not a damn innovation.
And for some weird reasons, Microsoft is quiet despite all this. Probably, Apple selling those laptops at current
rate somehow is keeping Microsoft's market in balance. Should Apple start selling their laptops at marginally
low price, Microsoft dominance over home computer would go downhill.
Offroad, there could be some direct/indirect hidden meaning on Microsofts' change of it's logo in 25 years. Now, that
free spirited Windows logo has come to standstill.
