Dear sajha friend, I am in opt and my wife is on f2. My opt is expering in december. I am thinking of sending my wife to school by changing her f2 status to f1. As I am not able to find a job, I am thinking of chnaging my status to f2.. i mean from current me-f1 and my wife-f2.. I want to switch it to me- f2 and my wife-f1. is it possible to do that at the same time. I want to save some money instead of both me and my wife going back to school.  what shouldI do for that ...is it a good idea to hire an immigration attorney or do it by myself. if anyone has a simmilar case please share your ideas... it is much appreciated!.
