I think your response is directed towards me.
Political appointments and nepotism is nothing new in our country. I also disagree with getting promotions based on political affiliation and would support the critisism against it. But to bet a life, especially an important life, the life that is a provider for hundreds of thousands of needy and poor should not be waged against a mere political appointee. The wager is overcompensated for the issue...thats all.
On the funny note: why are you against Dr...whoever got promoted. Isint he like a father to us all Nepalese?
