I am sure gentlemens club are cheaper in other states than in NY so you can skip that option.
Museum of natural history ; metropolitian museum and other 100 of museums in ny are for those who are interested on those thing; for normal visit you can skip that too
Museum of sex is nothing worthy; been there and realize that was just waste of money. A big porn shop has better matterial than they have.
For average nepali visit in NY momo from jackson height and thali from thakali will be great no need to waste 100 per drink in soho.
You dont need whole week metro pass !
