I don't quite understand the governance in Nepal these days.. they say President to be a ceremonial body, so why a President is allowed to sanction any ordinance in which he himself is a beneficiary? Shouldn't the Supreme Court be given responsibility to handle such cases, so no unfair game comes into play.. Just a thought!
