Hi, do not worry. It depends on your case number. Keep looking for www.travel.state.gov. for when the your case number becomes current. The interview process for dv-2013, only start in october 2012. I think for october, up to   the case number 7000 will become current. You will get your second letter about 5-6 weeks before your interview is scheduled. I think no body has   got the second letter yet. They will send you the information by e mail. But to get second latter you have to go and check your status in dvlottery.state.gov as the current letter will become your second letter, or interviw letter. Do not loose your confirmation number.
