I understand your frustration. Joshi always called himself as a "true democrate" and started to accumulate illeagal wealth long before Maoist came. Maoist came in around 1996. Joshi has been in a lucrative positon since 1992.

Few other currupts are already convicted (Wagle and Gupta). Hope this trend will continue. Hope Maoist will be investigated as well.
