your wife, your gf ,your self and the baby inside israeli girl.

If you leave israeli girl , she will probabaly be able to deal with the situation, but your wife back home may not be.
if you leave israeli girl now, you will screw up her life and the kids life.
if you stay with israeli, you will screw your wife's life and probabaly the family reputation ( if you have any)
if you leave both , you screw up every thing. 
if you force your israeli to abort the kid, she will probabaly start hatin you , and you can ultimately create a distance (assuming she is able to deal with this situation, as most foreigner are)
but keep on mind , depending upon the time of pregnancey, abortion can be a straight murder of you kid ( one with beating heart).

For being an stupid asshole for last few years, you have to make a decision now for which you would be regretting for rest of your life. No matter what you decide ,  there is no such solution for you that will make all of the four lives mentioned above happy with healthy relationships.

I would say , assholes like you should be shot in between your eyes, but that will not solve the situation. Now try to make a decision that will hurt less people. Determine who and how many will get hurt for each kind of decision you make, and the severity. Try hurtin less people and make your own decision.  

Now is the time for you to crush your nuts and go KHASI so that you do'nt impregnate every (probabaly beautiful ) girl you see thinking it is love of your life.
