You didn't goto the event and didn't see the recitation of the poem, so you cannot blindly blame the author. Maybe prior to the poem recitation, he mentioned that he took the first few lines from our Rashtra Kavi.
The image posted has his phone number listed, I'd exercise some prudence before posting this image. GT must have posted it here since it was already out in FB, but now that some allegations are thrown to Mr. Acharya, it might be better to take the image (with his phone number written) out.
