Foreign Aid, Shmorein Aid.  Let them stop it.  As it is, foreign aid is helping mostly the corrupt politicians, bureaucrats and NGO fat cats.  

Nepal is running on remittance - money sent home mostly by the hard working people, who Kathmanduites usually refer to as bhariyas, in Gulf countries.
