My dear Sajhaites,
                                  I have a plan to start an online bussiness. But I am not very good at web designing, I am still need to know abc of it indeed. Can any conversant Sajhaite advise me on how to develope a good website? I have a sound bussiness idea though.

Another thing, I am not a resident here in USA. So, should I register my online bussiness to the government/ taxation agency?
