definately full-time ..no doubt about it. However, if it is too much difference in pay then you might want to calculate all the benefits too while in full-time. I am not sure about your consultancy, but in my case I has zero benefits with consultancy - no vacations no sick leaves no national holidays and even insurance was of no use.
I converted into full-time for clients and pay was 20 thoussands more than what i used to make with consultancy, and offcourse all the benefits, great insurance, and even 1 week of extra vacation just by Manager off the records. Also, leaving at 1:00 pm on long weekends,,one coming this week...
