When you compare 30 years of Panchayat with 24 years of  Bahudaal, I have to say Panchayat was definety better than Bahudal. During panchayat people were Ruling Class's beetches but at least they were safe. Granted that Paras and Dipendra were above the constitution and Nepal Army could go beat up the whole village on Paras's direction but people were safe from each other.

But, a big but is that just becasue Mahendra was able to rule successfully becasue he was a capable King does not mean that Gyanendra or Paras is of same caliber. Most of these Rajabadis just want to cash in Prithivi Narayan and Mahendra's fame for Gyane and Paras who have proven to be worse than political party dickheads.

Ho ahile ko rajya bhanda ta Mandale rajya nai better thiyo....aba k garne ta? aja ko modern sansar ma mandale rajya pheri possible chaina. Aba mandale rajya ko kalpana garnu " uhile bau ko palaama" bhane jastai ho. Hamro bau ko paalaa ma yesto hunthiyo re bhanyo basyo tetti ho.
