@shrestha babu , what a illogical talk , First majority of population combined of bahun ,chhetris,thakuri and other with same catogories could be around 35% ,so naturally numbers will be high , can you say why more whites in US offices ....one reason is the population being majority in numbers plays the most role here , besides they are more educated than other races and goes on . By the way people like you don't use logic first to find out the reason first ..coz it's easy to blame on some race for being illitrate  i guess.
