PremCharo, I wish I could afford the Panasonic camera that you own.Based on my assumption, I think you are more on a pro-level.The price and the function of the camera speaks for its self. My advise for Ram Prasad is that you gather feedback from the users of various cameras so that you know the plus and minus points of each and every camera.I think you could then more or less have a easier time choosing the ideal camera. Cameras with price tag between $400-$600 are usually 4-6 megapixal camera with at least 3 to 5 optical zooms. Though I use Sony DSC F828, I would not recommend Sony due to thier high priced tag and the compatibilty of the accsories.Unless of course you decide to buy the F828. I agree with Explorer about Canon.Me too reccomend you Canon.Especilly the IXUS 500 or 450; it is small but packed with functions beyond its size. Regards, BHanja
