Nepal Telecom calling card. 15 second rounding and Nepali Rs 6 per minute to call KTM, outside, mobile or Vsat and all. Not really cheap, but excellent quality (NT's own network) www.ntc.net.np/IN/easyPhone.php
Cons: Need phone with SIP app. Recharge not possible online. Need someone in Nepal with nagarikata's photocopy and a photo to establish account.
