Good Points:
They  have a very good marketing team. 
They always pay you on time.
They pay you the reloaction money after you get a placement.
They have free training, lodging, fooding and stuffs.
They will apply your H1B when you have a client letter.

Bad Points:
Don't even think about getting a GC from them. They have a bad reputation on it.
Their Employee response service sucks.
