This is what i did -
walked for 30 min early morning .
talked with your friends or chat until lunch
eat lunch and walk 30 mins
then come back and again talk with friends
eat or drink and check sajha frequently (FB is boring now - Khali keti haru naya luga lagaye ani pic hale jhyau lagi sakyo FB ma khali luga pheri pheri photo racheko bhayera )
talk with friends and time to go home . Yeyy
