damn, I just noticed and I  thought you wrote that whole perspective thing,
copy/paste sucks dude. you are just being a sheeple, use ur logic, common you are a programmer, you write hundreds of line of code and you couldn't write few lines of your own words.
I don't buy their mind, I use my mind, it'd be great if  I get to read what you've to say.
Read the bill urself, and then say what you felt. If you still feel the same, have no problem. 
Don't read them who already read the bill. You are drawing conclusions made by them. Draw your own.
