And, I'm the same guy who opposed SOPA/PIPA, and the only reason I opposed it is because it was on the way to killing creativity. Nobody liked the idea and they realized , 'oh yeah, that's true' and it got buried.
Those folks who think CISPA is the new form of SOPA/PIPA or even worst, they really need to read the real bill , not the online rants made by some bunch. That's how I separate myself from the crowd, just because you saw a crowd throwing stones somewhere, you don't have  to grab and throw stones at the same direction. But the bitter truth is they do that and that's what they call mob mentality. Those with even a little bit of brain would at least try to comprehend and analyse what's going on. And then he decides if it's okay to throw stones or not? But here we see people throwing stones without knowing the fact.
