People piss on the streets, paint everything with political messages and will block the streets or issue threats against anyone who question their uncouth behavior. I have nothing against people outside the valley, there are a lot of people from the jillas who have contributed a lot to Kathmandu, my problem is with the crude, unrefined , rajnitic khates (like the ones who appeared during the Maoist general strike), most of them just happen to be from outside the valley. I therefore strongly support Chitwan being the new capital so that KTM becomes freee of khate Madise parties, emale, kangres and the billion sister maha khate organisations of Maobaadi
