Some folks often become victim of guilt or shame about their this habit. I just expressed it in differently to encourage them not to take it as sinful or something like that. It's totally natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. I remember last episode of jire khursani where mundre says 'uk, belayat, britain' so as to sound many nations to fool one of victims of his network business. Same idea applies here.
