sorry to be direct, but both look cheap..the second one's even worse..everytime u wear it , you are going to feel like a loser. Design something that it simple and elegant and not too many colors. i dont understand why Rasta-colors have to be used on our flag..please leave the flag alone...get someone professional to design the shirt for you..im on a vacation right now and dont have acess to my laptop..else i could do it for you...if u wanna wait until next week ill do it for you..
