I would say it will be just like her applying h4 for the first time. She will need your h1 approval, proof of marriage and her i20s to prove that she was on status. I don't have experience from f1 to h4 but when my wife came those were the documents along with my bank balance. If you have a legitimate job and she was never out of status here, it shouldn't be a problem at all.
