Why the hell is the commentator speaking in such an emotional way as if he wants the listener to feel outrage, or something? Is he trying to inspire someone?
A journalist should have a clear objective voice. This guy sounds more like a propogandist than a journalist.
The Finance Industry in Nepal fully depends on these Dons to get money out of people who default on loans in Nepal. Considering that there is no system of credit like in America, how would these Finance companies and banks collect loans in a country like Nepal without Dons?
