2 years in community college is not a bad idea. Then for your next 2 or 3 years, borrow $20,000, how much interest will you have to pay. Well answer is simple, at max 15%.
That is $3000 per year. But you still have summer and and minimum 20hr/week work would be sufficient to cover you interest. After you find job, which you will after good grade and college. It would be logical and samart decision to earn 45K per year.
That is what I am going to do.
