Why is this person not citing a real experiment and hypothesizing an experiment? The problem lacks detail like whether the heaviest object is fully submerged or is sinking. Why is this dude switching from litre to kg? Why is he not consistent? To me, he sounds like a charlatan. In his website he has refuted all the formulas without any counterpoint. What a moron? Is he working in a laboratory or he got all this from god through dreams? 
Read his statements carefully, they are wrong. I have to say statements because they are not observations.
