With your theory, every crime a minister does should be blamed on the PM who appoints the guy. I do see the connection you are trying to make but understand my point; if you want to blame a PM of country, you better have a good reason to do so. Hypothesis and speculation aren't going to get you there. By the way, having a blood relation also isn't enough, just so you know. SHould I be arrested for the crime my son does?

Nepalilaure, I kinda agree with you there. Yes, one can certainly speculate about a possible connection; but one can equally discredit that speculation because all of these are hypothesis. It is very common in Nepal for somebody to do a "favor" for another person because that certain person is connected to the higher up; without that higher up saying anything about the said person.
