thanks nepali laure! I did not know that, but now it is more clear though. Again, Dr.Bhattrai should not have included the most corrupt and criminal face in his government and his preaching this is why is exactly on the opposite side of what he is doing. this is another sheer example of impunity, in the end he follows the very doctrine which does not believe in democracy, they just want to control each and every entities of government, including judiciary. I do not know where so called human right activists are hiding these days??
