I don't take anyone above me . ne0 is just another person who is trying to bring everyone together as community forum . Just appreciate what is he doing out here for everyone else even he might be making some good money out of this site and some percent does goes in for the server and rest of his time for maintaining servers  including DDOS and several other issues that shows up once in a while .

It's not easy to run any community forums . Sometimes certain posts does takes attention from several agencies which leads to legal actions . That's why every community forums have that disclaimers somewhere in their boards. 

One thing you guys need to do is take things easy and give it time before jumping to conclusion . It's his site and his rules and it's upto us to follow or not.
