Thanks for the response but it is still not clear why the GBNC council is so inactive this year. You asked me to read the recent edition of e-khabar, what is that where is that why don't you post it here so i can read. GBNC is as good as it's members. That's partly true, but basically GBNC is as good as its Council Members. The general members have elected you are agreed to have the Council Members as the representatives who will take lead in organizing activities to bring the community closer. Now if the Council puts the blame back on the general population - default members, then clearly there is something wrong with the picture. The GBNC Council should try to serve the community and not sit back and complain that the community does not take the initiative. The council is there because they are supposed to take the initiative. If you expect the general population to take initiatives and organize the programs then what is the use of having a GBNC Executive Members? Why exactly does the GBNC Council exist? Maybe there is a misunderstanding regarding why GBNC executive council exists in the first place if they expect the general population to take initiative to organize programs. I'm not sure why a-rai got ticked off. Are you related to the council members or one of them? As a public body, everyone has a right to ask for answers from GBNC council.
