Think properly before you join PHD,
i was in exactly same situtation few years before, and I joined PHD...Now I regret.
as tensed guy said, if you are sure you will return Nepal immediately after PHD, then go for it..do not waste time..

But if you want to staty here for a while, try to find a job. I do not think there will be any difference in salary with or with out PHD...PHD takes time, effort and your life for atleast 5 years...

Just make right decision...
