Scope in Nepal ?? Not really.
Scope in India ? Yes Partially.
Unless you plan on teaching at KU or some Private Universities in Nepal. That's the only scope of Biochemistry in Nepal.
I will not suggest to work first then join PhD, It's gonna be just waste of time.
If you really want to get PhD then return home, I'd suggest you to do it right after Masters.
