If we keep on thinking this way, we are far away from peace. No single person can be blamed for all of the deaths in the Civil War. Looking at things now, I would argue that Baburam could have influenced the Maoists, as he has been doing now, to mellow down and thus brought the death figures down.

Your conclusion of the photograph that doesn't in any way explain the photo is indicative of your emotional rage. I think people who criticize Baburam should come up with stronger evidence - and not the Hatyaraa accusation for the insurgency. I think he is the most qualified person, who we have had as a Prime Minister, and I hope he does wonders for Nepal.
