I'm not against the king but gyanendar was not qualified for being a good king, he's so scandalous. I'm not supporting maoist either but our country really needed republic and every country could grow only in republic. kings always worried about normal public being educated, awared of revolutionary thoughts, so did he.

I acknowledge there was peace during kingship but bad politics ruined the country but now some party is in power trying to do something better, why you folks are pulling legs. this king you are favoring is a devil in disguise, unlike king birendra, people kind of like him because they miss king birendra.

if you see other way around, gyanendra is slowing trying to get into politics, trying to win peoples vote and playing games against the current regime using his sarcastic public expression every here and there.

he is a citizen now, he should act like one not that he goes to media, give announcements and say words about current regime. he can't demand security forces for his protection, he can't go and organise programs to talk nonsense about government, he can't do those at all. don't talk about freedom. here he is trying to use different kind of freedom and that freedom for him is politics.

I have liberal thought and don't support any group, I have a brain and I use my logic, I'm unlike many 'bhedo' nepali and like you commentators above me, I use my common sense at fullest. Those of you who is seeing maoist as killer, have you ever noted how the army killed , burned/buried alive those maoist. Likewise, maoist did the same thing to the families of armies. And, during that mashup , many nepalese got killed for no reason. Collateral damage is imminent in the war. Just take it like that. Now that our country is heading to new direction.

recently do you read how "bad businesses" are being uncovered, ? dont' you think they didn't try to bribe current government like they did before?? well, investigation is running, medias are fired up and have full support of true nepalese government, and we need government who is concerned about the public, not the money and power. now with these news, I'm bit encouraged that something is happening. this is how it should have started. now, lets make a law of death penalty for those culprit who messed up with people's lives. And, I'm gonna send letters upon letters to them to write this in the 'naya sambhidhaan'.
