ummm not the best state for sure.. it's hot , old dirty cars and roads, too many wanna be hee hawwwws and Nepali ppl get shot in gasstation all the time... maybe good to find desi gas stations to work for but not the best to raise kids etc... Denver, Seattle, Portland, OR are much much better than most part of texas..with relatively progressive people who are open to other cultures.
