There has ben lots of problem going on that area. On that particular day  a group of african american people attacked a bhutanese guy coming home from work. After har guhar other people came out of house to save him with lathi/ belts and otherwise bare hand. I heard the physical fight went on for a while. Somebody called 911. Later on the first attending officer got into physical fight with the intruder ( AA ). When back up officers came there was more physical fight and gun fire! Till then Bhutenese had no idea they were fighting with the peoples with gun. Any way all the bhutenese are safe and they are not in police custody. In fact Apartment adminstration will be increasing the security guards in the complex. i heard few AA are still in police custody.
