FYI guys...
Thres no Nepali in that area.. all are relocated Bhutani refugees. In my rough estimate there are around 50 refugee family in that area and more are adding up every week.... 

That area is one of the poorest and insecure area in the town, (where you can get 2 bdroom apartment in less than 400 a month) Majority are Bhutani and black.
