Another thought.....
If everyone thinks its a guttur and no one cleans it... it will always be the same....
You cannot expect your neighbour to come and clean your gutter.....
It sounds very filmy... but its the truth.....
If everyone with good degrees and ability stay in US and UK... than our country will suffer... our young generation needs to go back and clean the gutter in the country.... its not easy but someone needs to start it... Why not YOU to start or Why not start MYSELF???
