i think what she means is she loves Nepal and Nepali people so much that she belives she is very much connected to the country and never thinks Nepal is a foreign land.it's like mama ghar, if you're so much used to of your mama ghar and love it so much you actually believe that it is your own home although it is not yours, until somone or something strikes you to the fact that it is not yours. don't disrespect someone's sincere love towards your culture and country just because you do not understand what they are saying.
