Texas A&M University System plus University of Texas System schools offer In-State Tuition if you get 1000$ per year competitive scholarships or 20 hrs on-campus employment respectively. But, the scholarship is hard to continue unless your are above 35 or above every semester. The in-state tuition of especially Texas A&M at College Station and University of Texas at Austin is flat rate and is well above $6000 per semester. Rest of the schools are pretty cheap and are around $4000 per semester. There is a good nepali community at Texas A&M. Finally, when you apply at College Station please make sure that your bank statement is not FAKE. The university is very serious on this matter.
