K2 is a synthetic marijuana-like substance that has been banned for sale in Texas since April 22, 2011. Under the state law banning possession or sale of K2, anyone found possessing the substance is charged with a Class B misdemeanor which is punishable by up to 180 days in jail and a fine up to $4,000.

It's been months since this was banned in gas station ....i know it's wrong they got the employer instead of owner but you guys who work in Gas station should know these things specially when it comes to those stuffs which comes under US Laws . Owners won't give shit about anything when they will make you guys work like a horse and pay less even there's way around to make money easily in gas stations.  It's been months it was banned and how come those stuffs were stocked well in that gas station .
