@korean_soju - this game is optimized for iPhone only at this time, but it works equally good in iPad. Looks like you are a iPad guy and looking for iPad game and frankly this game is  not optimized for an iPad. But i have few friends who play this game in iPad all the time and they seems to be comfortable with that as they all are big Call Break fan.
