I think the owner of this restaurant have less understanding of english grammer and double meanings. I have a strong feeling that he doesn't really mean India's Nepal". I was looking into his business website. The website has mention the name in many ways like "India's Nepal" , "Indias Nepal". The website also clearly shows the name "India's Clay Oven" on the building. Really mis-leading. Hard to comprehend. Only the owner knows what he is trying to express to his customers.
